On September 9, Zhangjiagang Hengyu Beverage Machinery Co., Ltd. completed the shipment of two beverage machinery projects for different customers, marking another busy delivery day at the Hengyu factory.
One shipment was a bird’s nest beverage production line prepared for a customer in Vietnam, while the other included a corking machine, ligating machine and capsuler machine ordered by another customer.
Although the two projects serve very different beverage applications, they share one important requirement: the equipment must be prepared according to the customer’s actual product and packaging process rather than supplied as a standard machine without considering its role in the complete production flow.
From final preparation and protective wrapping to forklift handling, wooden-case packing and container loading, the September 9 shipments reflected Hengyu’s ability to support both complete beverage production projects and specialized downstream machinery.
The first project shipped on September 9 was a bird’s nest beverage production line for a customer in Vietnam.
Bird’s nest beverages belong to a specialized segment of the liquid food and beverage market. Compared with a conventional bottled water project, the customer’s production process places greater emphasis on product handling, filling consistency, container compatibility and hygienic operation.
For this reason, the equipment configuration for a specialty beverage project must be considered according to the characteristics of the final product and the customer’s production requirements.
The machinery for the Vietnam project was prepared at the Hengyu workshop before shipment. As shown in the delivery photos, the main equipment was carefully wrapped and positioned on a suitable wooden base before being moved by forklift for container loading.
Protective wrapping is particularly important for international machinery transportation. Stainless-steel surfaces, external structures and machine components may be exposed to vibration, dust and repeated handling during loading, sea transportation and final unloading.
Before the container was closed, the equipment was positioned carefully to make full use of the available loading space while reducing unnecessary movement during transportation.
For overseas beverage projects, shipment is not simply the point at which machinery leaves the factory. It is a transition from manufacturing to the next stage of installation and production preparation.
Once the equipment arrives in Vietnam, the project will continue through unloading, positioning, utility connection and production preparation according to the customer’s factory conditions.
Vietnam has become an important market for Hengyu’s beverage machinery business, and specialty beverage products create increasingly diverse equipment requirements.
Customers producing bottled water, juice, tea, carbonated drinks or specialty beverages may all use filling and packaging equipment, but their production processes cannot always be configured in the same way.

For a customer planning a complete production line, the relationship between each production stage must be considered from the beginning. Filling equipment needs to connect smoothly with upstream preparation and downstream packaging. Conveyors must provide stable product transfer, while the final machine arrangement needs to fit the available factory space.
A line that performs well as a complete system can provide more practical value than a collection of individually selected machines.
The Vietnam bird’s nest beverage project reflects this complete-process approach and expands Hengyu’s experience in serving customers producing different categories of beverages and liquid foods.
On the same day, Hengyu also prepared another shipment for a separate customer.
This project included three important pieces of champagne bottling equipment: a corking machine, ligating machine and capsuler machine.
Unlike ordinary still-beverage bottles, champagne and sparkling wine bottles require a specific closure and finishing process.
After the beverage has been filled into the bottle, the cork must be inserted securely. The corking machine performs this first critical closure step and prepares the bottle for the following operations.
The ligating machine then secures the cork with the wire structure commonly used on champagne and sparkling wine bottles. This step is especially important because sparkling beverages remain under internal pressure after bottling.
After corking and ligating, the capsuler machine completes another stage of the bottle’s external finishing and packaging. Together, these machines form an important part of the downstream process for champagne and sparkling wine production.
For beverage producers, these operations influence more than appearance. Reliable cork placement, secure ligating and stable downstream handling help ensure that each bottle proceeds through packaging in a repeatable manner.
By supplying these machines as a coordinated equipment group, Hengyu can support customers who may not require an entirely new production line but need to add, replace or upgrade a specific section of their existing bottling process.
The two shipments on September 9 also demonstrate the different ways beverage manufacturers invest in machinery.
The Vietnamese customer required a beverage production line, while the second customer purchased a smaller group of specialized machines for champagne bottling.
These are very different project sizes, but both require technical coordination.
For a complete line, the main challenge is ensuring that multiple sections operate together with suitable production speeds, connections and factory layout.
For an equipment upgrade, the supplier needs to understand how the new machine will fit into the customer’s existing process. Bottle dimensions, closure specifications, conveyor height, production direction and available installation space can all affect whether a new machine can be integrated smoothly.

A customer may begin with one machine and later expand the production system, while another customer may require a turnkey solution from the beginning. In both cases, practical equipment selection should start from the customer’s real production conditions.
The shipment photos from September 9 show two different packing and loading situations.
For the Vietnam project, the large machinery was wrapped, moved by forklift and loaded into an international shipping container.
For the champagne equipment shipment, the corking machine, ligating machine and capsuler machine, together with related components, were prepared in wooden cases and loaded for transportation.
Wooden-case packing provides mechanical protection for machinery during lifting, transportation and unloading. It is especially useful for separate machines, electrical components and equipment with parts that need additional protection.
Large equipment may use a combination of protective film, wooden bases and additional securing measures depending on its dimensions and transport requirements.
The objective is the same in both cases: to help the machinery arrive at the customer’s site in suitable condition for installation.
