The Can Filling Machine is a straight-line system integrating can washing, pressure filling, and sealing. Made of SUS304, it supports tinplate, aluminum, and PET cans, ideal for carbonated drinks with stable, efficient operation.
Description
Can Filling Machine is a straight-line separated line for tinplate/aluminum/PET cans. It integrates washing, equal/negative pressure filling & sealing, with auto empty-can lifting/turnover. Ideal for aerated drinks, it fits 3-piece tinplate cans (adaptable to 2-piece aluminum cans via part replacement) and is made of SUS304 for reliable, easy operation.

1.Filling Part
(1)The filling valve uses Nanjing beer valve. During filling, the valve body is pressed down and sealed, but the can does not move.
(2) The filling valve can perform secondary exhaust on the can body. This minimizes the amount of oxygen added to the beer during the filling process.
2.Capping Part
(1)The can sealing roller is quenched with high-hardness alloy steel (HRC>62).
(2)The can sealing curve is precisely processed by optical curve grinding to ensure the can sealing quality.
