From June 15 to 17, 2026, Zhangjiagang Hengyu Beverage Machinery Co., Ltd. participated in the 2026 Shanghai International Food Processing and Packaging Machinery Exhibition Joint Exhibition at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).
During the three-day exhibition, the Hengyu team welcomed industry visitors, beverage producers, project investors and potential partners to Booths 7T50 and 7T51. Through equipment displays, technical introductions and face-to-face discussions, we presented our capabilities in beverage filling, sealing and complete production line planning.
For beverage manufacturers, selecting an individual machine is only one part of building a successful production project. Production capacity, bottle or can specifications, beverage characteristics, filling conditions, plant layout, packaging requirements and future expansion plans must all be considered together.
At the exhibition, Hengyu focused on helping visitors understand how these factors can be integrated into a practical beverage production solution.
Bringing Beverage Filling Technology Closer to Customers
Trade exhibitions provide customers with an opportunity to evaluate machinery in a more direct and visual way.
At the Hengyu booth, visitors were able to examine the structure and appearance of beverage filling equipment, communicate with our team about production requirements and gain a clearer understanding of how filling and sealing processes can be incorporated into a complete line.
The equipment and technical materials displayed at the booth covered several important beverage production applications, including:
· Can filling and sealing solutions
· Juice and tea filling applications
· Carbonated beverage filling applications
· Integrated beverage production line planning
· Filling, conveying and downstream packaging coordination
· Customized equipment configuration for different production requirements
Instead of introducing machinery only through technical specifications, our team discussed the complete production process with visitors.
This included upstream water treatment or beverage preparation, container handling, filling, capping or sealing, labeling, conveying, secondary packaging and final product handling.
This system-based approach allows customers to evaluate not only whether one machine can meet their requirements, but also whether the complete production line can operate efficiently and consistently.
Face-to-Face Discussions Based on Real Production Requirements
Every beverage production project has different operating conditions.
During the exhibition, many conversations began with practical questions such as:
· What type of beverage will be produced?
· Will the product be packed in PET bottles, glass bottles or cans?
· What is the required bottle or can volume?
· What is the expected production capacity per hour?
· Does the product require hot filling, normal-temperature filling or isobaric filling?
· What type of cap or can end will be used?
· Is a complete production line required, or only an individual machine?
· What are the available factory dimensions and utility conditions?
· What level of automation is suitable for the project?
These questions are essential because filling equipment should be selected according to the actual product and operating environment.
For example, bottled water, juice, tea beverages and carbonated drinks have different processing and filling requirements. Carbonated beverages require stable pressure control, while juice and tea projects may require temperature management, sterilization and suitable hot-filling processes.
Container specifications also influence the design of the filling and packaging system. Bottle height, diameter, neck structure, cap type, can dimensions and label format may all affect equipment configuration.
By discussing these details in person, our team could better understand the visitors’ plans and explain the technical factors that should be considered before equipment selection.
More Than a Filling Machine: Planning the Complete Production Process
One of the main topics at the exhibition was the importance of complete-line coordination.
A beverage production line usually includes multiple processing stages. Depending on the product, a project may require:
2. Beverage preparation or mixing
3. Bottle blowing or container supply
10. Shrink wrapping or carton packaging
11. Conveying and palletizing
If these machines are selected separately without considering line balance, differences in operating speed may cause product accumulation, unstable conveying or unnecessary production interruptions.
Hengyu approaches beverage projects from the perspective of complete-line operation. Our team considers the connection between upstream processing, filling equipment and downstream packaging so that the proposed system matches the customer’s production objectives.
Production capacity is another important factor.
Choosing a higher nominal output does not automatically create a more suitable production line. Customers should also consider expected sales volume, operating hours, bottle sizes, product changeover frequency, available labor, factory space and future expansion.
A properly configured line should provide sufficient capacity while avoiding unnecessary investment and excessive equipment complexity.
Supporting Different Beverage Applications
Hengyu Beverage Machinery provides equipment and production line solutions for a range of beverage applications.
Our main solution areas include:
· Bottled water production lines
· 3–5 liter bottled water filling systems
· 3–5 gallon barreled water production lines
· Carbonated beverage production lines
· Juice and tea hot-filling lines
· Can filling and sealing systems
· Water treatment systems
· Bottle blowing equipment
· Labeling and packaging machinery
· Auxiliary equipment for complete beverage factories
For each project, the equipment configuration can be adjusted according to the beverage, container, capacity and factory conditions.
Customers planning a new factory may require support from initial process design through equipment selection and production line layout. Existing beverage producers may be more focused on increasing capacity, replacing older machinery, improving automation or adding a new container format.
Understanding the customer’s current situation is therefore the first step in developing an appropriate technical proposal.
Strengthening Communication Through Industry Exhibitions
The Shanghai exhibition created a valuable platform for direct communication between equipment manufacturers and beverage industry professionals.
Visitors could discuss their ideas with the Hengyu team while viewing the machinery and technical displays. Our team also gained a better understanding of the questions and challenges currently faced by beverage producers.
These exchanges help us improve the way we present technical information and prepare project proposals.
Customers are increasingly concerned not only about machine output, but also about production stability, hygiene, energy consumption, ease of operation, maintenance, spare-parts availability and after-sales support.
As beverage markets continue to develop, equipment suppliers must provide solutions that consider the entire lifecycle of a production project.
For Hengyu, participating in the exhibition was not simply an opportunity to display machinery. It was also an opportunity to listen, exchange ideas and build stronger connections with companies planning new beverage projects or production upgrades.
Continuing the Conversation After the Exhibition
We sincerely thank every visitor who came to the Hengyu booth during the three-day event.
The exhibition has ended, but our technical communication and project support will continue. Our team will follow up on the production requirements discussed during the event and provide suitable equipment recommendations based on each customer’s project information.
For customers who were unable to visit the exhibition, Hengyu can also provide remote technical communication, equipment videos, production line references and customized configuration proposals.
To prepare an initial beverage production line proposal, customers can provide the following information:
· Required production capacity
· Target project schedule
Based on this information, our team can recommend the main equipment configuration and discuss the next stage of the project.
