Uganda 15000BPH PET bottle water filling production line from A to Z
In February 2019, our client first reached out to our team with an initial inquiry for a custom production line project. Upon receiving the basic technical and functional requirements provided by the client, our professional sales and engineering team acted with great efficiency to craft and deliver a detailed, tailored quote in a timely manner. As the communication progressed, we learned that the project was destined for the Ugandan military, a key detail that underscored the paramount importance of uncompromising equipment stability and reliable performance—standards far exceeding general industrial requirements, which immediately became the core focus of our subsequent project planning and design work. Over the following four months, our team engaged in in-depth, iterative communication with the client, conducting multiple rounds of technical demonstrations, plan revisions and layout optimizations to fully align with the stringent military-grade specifications. By June 2019, both parties finally reached a consensus and confirmed the final production line layout, technical parameters and implementation plan, laying a solid foundation for the smooth advancement of the entire project.

In October 2019, the client led a professional inspection team to visit our manufacturing base in China for an on-site assessment. During the visit, they closely examined our production workshops, R&D facilities, quality control processes and sample equipment operation, and highly praised our team’s professional expertise, rigorous production standards and mature technical solutions. To fully guarantee the long-term, stable and uninterrupted operation of the production line for the Ugandan military project, we took the initiative to provide a full set of spare parts sufficient for two years of operation, covering all core and vulnerable components. At our professional recommendation, the client also purchased a two-year supply of specialized consumable parts, further ensuring the project’s post-commissioning maintenance efficiency and operational continuity. The entire production line was fully fabricated, assembled and debugged to meet the acceptance standards at our factory, laying the groundwork for on-site installation.

The subsequent delivery, on-site installation and commissioning of the production line coincided with the global pandemic, which brought unprecedented challenges such as international logistics disruptions, travel restrictions for technical personnel and supply chain delays. Faced with these difficulties, our team and the client worked closely together to formulate flexible and adjustable implementation plans: we optimized the logistics route and packaging scheme to ensure the safe and timely arrival of equipment, and adopted a combined mode of on-site technical guidance and remote online support to carry out the installation and commissioning work efficiently. Through the joint efforts and seamless cooperation of both parties, all project milestones were completed as scheduled, and the entire water plant production line project was successfully commissioned and put into operation. The official opening ceremony of the water plant was attended by senior Ugandan leaders, a testament to the projects important social and practical value, and marking the successful fruition of our cross-border cooperation with the client.
