Recently, HENGYU finished a high-speed automatic carbonated beverage production line,it has successfully completed factory trial operation and been shipped to the client on schedule. This production line, tailored to the customer’s specific production needs, boasts a maximum filling speed of 12,000 bottles per hour, fully automated operation, and stable performance, which has won high recognition from the client during on-site inspection and laid a solid foundation for long-term cooperation between the two parties.
After 2 months of intensive research and development, manufacturing, and assembly, the production line was completed ahead of schedule and entered the factory trial operation phase in the HENGYU workshop. During the two-week trial operation, the entire production line demonstrated excellent performance: the filling and packaging process ran at high speed and smoothly without any downtime or operational failures. The core highlight of the line is its impressive filling speed—reaching up to 12,000 bottles per hour, which is 20% higher than the client’s original production line and meets the demand for large-scale production during peak seasons. What’s more, the line achieves full automation from bottle blowing to final film wrapping, eliminating the need for extensive manual intervention and greatly improving production efficiency while reducing labor costs.
The integrated configuration of the production line covers all key links of carbonated beverage production, ensuring a seamless and efficient production process. The bottle blowing system adopts advanced extrusion blow molding technology, which can quickly produce high-quality PET bottles with uniform wall thickness and stable shape, matching the subsequent filling speed perfectly. The water treatment system is equipped with multi-stage filtration (including sediment filtration, activated carbon filtration, and reverse osmosis) and ultraviolet disinfection functions, ensuring that the production water meets national food safety standards and lays a solid foundation for the pure taste of carbonated beverages. The carbonated beverage mixer uses a high-shear mixing technology, which can fully blend water, syrup, and carbon dioxide in a short time, maintaining the stable carbonation level and consistent flavor of the beverage. The filling machine adopts a pressure-balanced filling principle, which effectively prevents carbon dioxide loss during the filling process, ensuring the refreshing taste of the beverage and controlling the filling precision error within ±0.2%. The subsequent labeling machine and film wrapping machine are also synchronized with the overall production speed— the labeling machine achieves accurate positioning and smooth pasting with a labeling accuracy of 99.9%, while the film wrapping machine can quickly package the bottled products into bundles, improving storage and transportation efficiency.

One of the most praised features by the client is the intelligent control system of the production line. Equipped with a high-definition touch screen, the system integrates real-time monitoring, parameter adjustment, and fault alarm functions. Operators can easily set and adjust the filling speed, mixing ratio, labeling position, and other key parameters through the touch screen, without the need for complex professional knowledge. The system also displays real-time production data such as output, qualified rate, and equipment operating status, allowing the management team to grasp the production progress at any time. During the trial operation, the client’s technical team conducted multiple parameter adjustment tests and confirmed that the system was intuitive and easy to operate, which would greatly reduce the training cost for new employees.
After receiving the final payment from the client, HENGYU’s logistics and after-sales team immediately launched the equipment sorting and shipping work. The team carefully checked each piece of equipment and accessory according to the detailed parts list, ensuring that no components were missing or damaged. Meanwhile, the equipment was packaged with shockproof and moisture-proof materials to adapt to long-distance transportation. After completing all preparations, the production line was loaded onto the container and shipped on time as scheduled. The entire shipping process was tracked in real time, and the client was updated on the logistics status regularly to ensure that the equipment would arrive at the destination safely and smoothly.
